- Return window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
- Damaged or defective items: Please report within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video, and we'll replace it or refund you.
- Electronics (earbuds, power banks, chargers): Covered against manufacturing defects. Please test on arrival and contact us immediately if there's an issue.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are issued via your original payment method, or you can choose an exchange or store credit.
- Return shipping: Covered by us if the item is faulty or incorrect; otherwise the customer covers return postage.
